of the project leading group and project management office

January 2004: ERM consultancy at EECZ starts
September 2004: Dr. Vida (ERM Consultant) joins the EECZ team
April 2005: Programme Progress Review to evaluate the outcomes and development results so far achieved by the Programme. Modification of the programme goals according to the development requirements of Zhejiang.
October 2005: Chinese partner staff changes, Gu Peilong and Zhang Yu join the Zhejiang Solid Waste Management Centre
November 2005: Official launch of the EECZ website
April 2006: Revision of the programme by PriceWaterhouse Coopers.
